春来秋去。往事知何处？燕子归飞兰泣露。光景千留不住。
译文：春来秋去，往事该到哪里重寻？天气渐寒，燕子南归飞去，兰草上也沾满露珠，如在悲啼。时光啊，千留万留也留不住。
注释：清平乐（yuè）：词牌名，取用汉乐府“清乐”、“平乐”两个乐调命名。双调四十六字，八句，上片四仄韵，下片三平韵。春来秋去：春天过去，秋天到来。形容时光流逝。兰泣露：兰花在露中哭泣。泣露：兰花上露水滴下来像哭泣的泪水。光景：风光景色。千留：千百遍地挽留。
酒阑人散忡忡。闲阶独倚梧桐。记得去年今日，依前黄叶西风。
译文：饮酒过后，客人已散，我满怀忧伤，无聊的来到阶前，独自倚着梧桐树。回想起去年今日，同样是西风萧瑟，黄叶乱舞。
注释：酒阑：饮酒结束。阑：阑珊，将尽。忡忡：忧愁的样子。闲阶：犹言空阶。梧桐：梧桐树，落叶乔木。

晏殊【yàn shū】（991-1055）字同叔，著名词人、诗人、散文家，北宋抚州府临川城人（今江西进贤县文港镇沙河人，位于香楠峰下，其父为抚州府手力节级），是当时的抚州籍第一个宰相。晏殊与其第七子晏几道（1037-1110），在当时北宋词坛上，被称为“大晏”和“小晏”。
