倪谦（1415年～1479年），字克让，号静存，南直隶应天府上元（今江苏南京）人，原籍钱塘（今浙江杭州）。正统四年（1439年）进士，授编修，曾出使朝鲜。天顺初，累迁至学士，侍太子于春宫。后主顺天乡试，因黜权贵之子，被构罪戍边。成化初复职，官至南京礼部尚书。卒谥文僖。天资聪颖，记忆力特强，有《朝鲜纪事》、《辽海编》、《倪文僖公集》等传世。
