元明间歙县人，一名仲，字仲实，号白云，又号三峰。唐元子。少从洪焱祖学。元至正中，授崇安县教谕，南雄路学正。以忧归。朱元璋定徽州，召出仕，辞不就。寻摄紫阳书院山长。卒年七十有三。有《白云集》等。
