萧鎡（1393年－1464年），字孟勤，江西泰和县人。宣德二年（1427年），登进士。宣德八年（1433年），授庶吉士。英宗继位后，授翰林院编修，正统三年（1438年），进侍读，之后代替李时勉为国子监祭酒。景泰元年（1450年），以老疾辞。后国子监丞鲍相率六馆生连章乞留，明景帝奏准。次年，兼任翰林学士，与侍郎王一宁并入直文渊阁，进入明朝内阁。次年，晋升为户部右侍郎。后加太子少师。明英宗发动夺门之变后，恢复帝位，萧鎡被削籍。天顺八年（1464年）去世。成化年间，复官赐祭。
