蔡珪，字正甫，蔡松年子，真定人。中进士第，不求调，久乃除澄州军事判官，迁三河主簿。丁父忧，起复翰林修撰，同知制诰。在职八年，改户部员外郎，兼太常丞。珪号为辨博，凡朝廷制度损益，珪为编类详定检讨删定官。
