昔我艺祖龙潜初，授钺此地开炎图。录裳拜野休运启，王气郁郁云扶舆。
真人当天朝万宇，北望帝城天尺五。舟车辐辏川涂交，尽说南京比三辅。
中兴天子膺赤符，又临此地登鸾车。版图一失故地隔，坐使神州沦虏区。
金杏园边春色早，连阡粟麦濉河道。景物依然似昔时，只恨居民戴胡情。
民言我宋潴仁深，况此旧名归德军。于今府号袭前躅，不日中原当自复。
金人无德亡无时，大德日隆天下归。

（1118—1164）泰州海陵人，一说江宁人，字茂振。高宗绍兴十五年进士。历官中书舍人、兵部侍郎，兼给事中。绍兴二十九年，充金国哀谢使，言辞详雅，金人为加礼。次年为同知枢密院事。金主背盟，复奉命出使，以主张俟金来南，尽锐奋击，必能成功，辞之。因被劾，责授秘书少监分司南京，筠州居住。有《海陵集》。
