（980—1054）宋常州宜兴人，字希鲁，号遂翁。真宗大中祥符五年进士。历任知县、通判、知州。召为监察御史，迁侍御史。累知应天府、杭州、益州等地。以礼部侍郎致仕。为人清修纯饬，好学，工文辞，有《吴门集》。今存《春卿遗稿》。
