（1182—1245）宋台州黄岩人，字成之，号立斋。宁宗嘉定元年进士。累迁殿中侍御史，极言台谏失职之弊。理宗嘉熙二年知宁国府，发粟赈饥，镇压两淮饥民反抗。还朝，累拜吏部侍郎兼中书舍人，数上疏抨击朝政积弊。淳祐四年，擢同知枢密院事，次年拜右丞相，上书言五事，继又上十二事，条陈当朝利病，提出为政主张。卒谥清献。有《清献集》。
