何若（一一○五～一一五○），字任叟，上元（今江苏南京）人。弱冠举徽宗宣和六年（一一二四）进士，调淝州推官。高宗绍兴十年（一一四○），除秘书省正字，十二年，迁校书郎。十五年，擢御史中丞。十七年，除签书枢密院事，以忤秦桧奉祠。寓于衢。二十年卒（《建炎以来系年要录》）卷一三七、一四四、一五四、一五六、一六一）。有《风山集》、《尚书春秋讲义》等，已佚。事见《金陵诗徵》卷六。
