周震，字来叔，闽县（今福建福州）人。孝宗淳熙八年（一一八一）进士。光宗绍熙三年（一一九二），知惠安县（明嘉靖《惠安县志》卷一一）。宁宗庆元间知建宁府（明嘉靖《建宁府志》卷五）。开禧元年（一二○五）以枢密院编修官兼国史院编修、实录院检讨。二年，迁大宗正丞。事见《南宋馆阁续录》卷九。
