王尚恭（一○○七～一○八四），字安之，河南（今河南洛阳）人。仁宗景祐元年（一○三四）进士。历庆成军、袁州判官，以著作佐郎知陕州芮城、缑氏等县。官至朝议大夫。神宗元丰七年卒，年七十八。事见《范忠宣公集》卷一四《王公墓志铭》。今录诗二首。
