冯京（1021年—1094年），字当世。鄂州江夏（今湖北武昌）人。北宋大臣。曾祖时南迁粤西之宜山龙水（今广西宜州市），至祖父时落籍江夏（今湖北武昌）。宋仁宗皇祐元年（1049年）己丑科状元。为宋朝最后一位三元及第的状元。历官翰林学士、扬州、江宁知府，枢密副使、参知政事。因反对王安石变法，罢知亳州、成都等地。宋哲宗即位，累官宣徽南院使，以太子少师致仕。绍圣元年（1094年）去世，年七十四。追赠司徒，谥号“文简”。冯京著有《灊山集》，今已佚。
