赵烨（一一三八～一一八五），字景明，号拙斋，三山（今福建福州）人。孝宗乾道二年（一一六六）进士，授签书奉国军节度判官。召为详定一司敕令所删定官。淳熙间知抚州。官终江东提点刑狱。十二年卒，年四十八。事见《定斋集》卷一五《朝奉郎提点江南东路刑狱赵公墓志铭》、《晦庵集》卷七八《拙斋记》。
