赵善悉（一一四一～一一九八），字寿卿，宋宗室。孝宗乾道二年（一一六六）进士（明永乐《乐清县志》卷七），调无锡县丞，知宁德县，通判临安府。淳熙十年（一一八三），知秀州（《宋会要辑稿》食货六一之二七）。十三年，知江州（同上书兵一九之三三）。历江西、两浙运判，迁两浙转运副使。宁宗庆元四年卒，年五十八。事见《水心集》卷二一《中大夫直敷文阁两浙运副赵公墓志铭》。
