（1080—1133）河间人，字朝美。徽宗崇宁四年上舍登第。调沧州教授。入为太学博士、国子司业。高宗建炎中，知东平府，金人围急，死守数月，城破，犹力战，突围至行在。改江、淮等路制置发运使，有治声。绍兴元年，召为兵部尚书兼侍读。次年除签书枢密院事，献“十议”以图中兴。寻兼权参知政事。有遗稿《瀛海残编》。
