眉消睡黄。春凝泪妆。玉屏水暖微香。听蜂儿打窗。
筝尘半妆。绡痕半方。愁心欲诉垂杨。奈飞红正忙。
四字令·拟花间鉴赏
这首小令以轻倩之笔写出闺中少妇的一片春愁，是草窗词中别具风格的一篇。
“眉消睡黄”，额黄模糊消褪，当是夜来辗转不寐，掩面流泪所致，其相思之苦可以想见。“春凝泪妆”，复写一笔。“春”字，是时令，是心怀，也映出姿色。“玉屏”句兰中所居带香艳气息。“水暖”承“春”字，写屏上所绘。“水暖微香”是侧写主人。以上三句意境是幽静的，闺房的温暖中透出清冷。结句一折，由静转而写动：“听蜂儿打窗。”“蜂儿打窗”带来阻不住、避不开的盎然春机，适令“听”者心绪更加黯淡。这句以动比静，透见主人公纷乱的愁怀。“打”字工巧，见出蜂儿似乎故意惹人的神情，极有生趣。
美人在孤寂中认垂杨为相知，方欲上前诉说，不料但见杨花飘飘，那树儿早已自顾不暇了。“飞红正忙”是以景结情，映射出女子心中的纷乱思绪。“奈”字与“欲”字呼应，描写心理活动极细致。此词从题材到意境皆神似《花间》，只是洗刷绮丽，以口语入词则远非故态了。

周密 （1232-1298），字公谨，号草窗，又号四水潜夫、弁阳老人、华不注山人，南宋词人、文学家。祖籍济南，流寓吴兴（今浙江湖州）。宋德右间为义乌县（今年内属浙江）令。入元隐居不仕。自号四水潜夫。他的诗文都有成就，又能诗画音律，尤好藏弃校书，一生著述较丰。著有《齐东野语》、《武林旧事》、《癸辛杂识》、《志雅堂要杂钞》等杂著数十种。其词远祖清真，近法姜夔，风格清雅秀润，与吴文英并称“二窗”，词集名《频洲渔笛谱》、《草窗词》。
