张玉娘，字若琼，自号一贞居士，松阳人。生于宋淳祐十年（公元1250年），卒于南宋景炎元年（公元1276年），仅活到27岁。她出生在仕宦家庭，曾祖父是淳熙八年进士，祖父做过登士郎。父亲曾任过提举官。她自幼饱学，敏慧绝伦，诗词尤得风人体。后人将她与李清照、朱淑贞、吴淑姬并称宋代四大女词人。
