（1086—1158）吉州庐陵人，字美中，号杉溪居士。徽宗大观三年上舍及第，宣和二年中宏词科。高宗时累迁中书舍人，兼权直学士院。以帝称其能文，为时宰所忌，出知漳州，于城东开十四渠，溉田数千亩。官至工部侍郎、权吏部尚书。有《杉溪居士集》。
