张纲(1083年———1166年)，宋代词人，字彦正，号华阳老人，润州丹阳（今金坛薛埠）人。他为官44年，“以直行己，以正立朝，以静退高”作为座右铭，天下人称其不负所言，被民众颂为“清官”典范。
