1924.1-2008.9.17，生于四川成都，祖籍四川井研。中国著名哲学史家，1947年毕业于武汉大学哲学系，1956年受邀回武汉大学重建哲学系，是现今武汉大学中国哲学学科（国家重点学科）的创建者与学术带头人，并以此为基地开创了独树一帜的珞珈中国哲学学派。
