处默，唐末诗僧，生于唐文宗时期前后，公元874年前后去世，婺州金华（今浙江金华）人。幼出家于兰溪某寺，与安国寺僧贯休为邻，常作诗酬答。曾游历杭州、润州等处，与若虚同居庐山，又入九华山居住。后入长安，住慈恩寺。与罗隐、郑谷等为诗友。约卒于唐末梁初，裴说有诗哭之。《崇文总目》《宋史·艺文志》著录其诗集一卷，今不存。《全唐诗》卷八四九存诗八首。事迹见《唐才子传校笺》卷三，参昙域《禅月集序》。
