丁宁（1902－1980） 原名瑞文，号怀枫，别号昙影楼主。原籍镇江，随父迁扬州。受业于扬州名宿戴筑尧。十三父殁，十六适黄姓，生一女夭，黄纨绔子，怀枫备受虐待，毅然离异，终不再嫁。三十年代初与夏承焘、龙榆生、王叔涵、任心叔相识唱酬。抗战间奉母避走，母死无依，飘零无地。四十年代经人介供职南京图书馆，建国后调至安徽省图书馆任古籍管理员，晚年受聘安徽省文史研究馆。有《还轩词》。
