傅慎微（？－？），字几先。建昌人，后移居长安。进士后，任北宋河东路经制使，金兵南下，他兵败被俘，因受完颜宗翰赏识，被任命为陕西经略使，后历任京兆、鄜延、环庆三路经济使、同知京兆尹、中京副留守、忻州刺史、太常卿、定武军节度使、静难军节度使、礼部尚书等职，后病亡任上，享年七十六岁。傅慎微学识渊博，喜欢著书，他曾经进献《兴亡金镜录》一百卷。他性格纯然质朴，深熟古史，好谈论用兵之事，当时的人却认为他迂阔。
