白玉蟾（1194 - ？），南宋时人，祖籍福建闽清，生于海南琼州，内丹理论家。南宗的实际创立者，创始金丹派南宗，金丹派南五祖之一。生卒年待考，原名葛长庚，本姓葛，名长庚。字如晦，号琼琯，自称神霄散史，海南道人，琼山老人，武夷散人。幼聪慧，谙九经，能诗赋，长于书画，12岁时举童子科，作《织机》诗；才华横溢，著作甚丰。自幼从陈楠学丹法，嘉定五年（1212）八月秋，再遇陈楠于罗浮山，得授金丹火候诀并五雷大法。

金印明年如斗。向中州、锦衣行昼。依然盛事，貂蝉前后，凤麟飞走。富贵浮云，我评轩冕，不如杯酒。待从公，痛饮岁，伴庄椿寿。
