仓央嘉措（藏文：ཚངས་དབྱངས་རྒྱ་མཚོ།；Tshangs-dbyangs-rgya-mtsho1683.03.01－1706.11.15），门巴族，六世达赖喇嘛，法名罗桑仁钦仓央嘉措，西藏历史上著名的诗人、政治人物。康熙三十六年（1697年）被当时的西藏摄政王第巴·桑结嘉措认定为五世达赖的转世灵童，同年在桑结嘉措的主持下在布达拉宫举行了坐床典礼。康熙四十四年（1705年）被废，据传在康熙四十五年（1706年）的押解途中圆寂。仓央嘉措是西藏最具代表的民歌诗人，写了很多细腻真挚的诗歌，其中最为经典的是拉萨藏文木刻版《仓央嘉措情歌》。
