哲学初祖天演严，远贩欧铅搀亚椠，
合与莎米为鲽鹣，夺我曹席太不廉。
候官严复几道。
放言玩世曾觙庵，造物无计逃镌镵，
曼歌花丛酒正醰，说经何时诗道南。
湘乡曾广钧重伯。(君昔为予画扇，作齐诗图，跋语云：任公好予所治齐诗图，予之诗道南矣。其狂率类此。)
绝世少年丁令威，选字秾俊文深微，
佯狂海上胡不归，故山猿鹤故飞飞。
丰顺丁惠康叔雅。
君遂之节如其才，呼天不应归去来，
海枯石烂诗魂哀，吁嗟吾国其无雷。
淮南吴保初彦复。(君抗疏忧国事，不得达，弃官归，且冻饿，厚禄故人书招之，不出山也。)

梁启超（1873年～1929年），字卓如，一字任甫，号任公，又号饮冰室主人、饮冰子、哀时客、中国之新民、自由斋主人，汉族，广东新会人，清光绪举人，和其师康有为一起，倡导变法维新，并称“康梁”。是戊戌变法（百日维新）领袖之一、中国近代维新派代表人物，曾倡导文体改良的“诗界革命”和“小说界革命”。其著作合编为《饮冰室合集》。
