[公元？年至一三六四年]字子章，巢县人。生年不详，约卒于元惠宗至正二十四年。慷慨有志节。早从余阙学，颇称之。太祖为吴国公，来归，从事幕府。朱文正开大都督府于南昌，命奎参军事。文正得罪，奎亦坐诛。奎工诗，著有望云集五卷，《四库总目》传于世。
