虞俦，生卒年月不详，字寿老，宁国(今属安徽）人。南宋政治家，文学家。隆兴初进人太学，中进士。曾任绩溪县令，湖州、平江知府。庆元六年（1200）召入太常少卿，提任兵部侍郎。工诗文，著有《尊白堂集》24卷，清修《四库全书》收录其部分诗文。如其词《满庭芳》：色染莺黄，枝横鹤瘦，玉奴蝉蜕花间。铅华不御，慵态尽欹鬟。
