（948～1031）字明远，世为澶州清丰人，后徙彭门。除右司谏，知制诰，判尚书刑部。后又献斧扆慎刑箴、大顺审刑无尽灯颂凡五篇。累官工部尚书，集贤院学士。时修礼文之事，诏令多出其手。屡请老，以太子少保致仕。迥善吐纳养生之术，性乐易宽简，服道履正，历官莅事，未尝挟情害物。真宗数称为好学长者。卒，谥文元。迥著有翰林集三十卷，道院集十五卷，法藏碎金录十卷，及耆智馀书、随因纪述昭德新编各三卷，均《宋史本传》并传于世。
