黎廷瑞（1250年～1308年），字祥仲，鄱阳（今江西波阳）人。度宗成淳七年（1271）赐同进士出身，时年二十二。授肇庆府司法参车，需次未上。宋亡，幽居山中十年，与吴存、徐瑞等遥。元世祖至元二十三年（1286），摄本郡教事。凡五年。退后不出，更号俟庵。武宗至大元年卒。有《芳洲集》三卷，收入清史简编《鄱阳五家集》中。事见本集卷首小传。
