刘学箕，生卒年均不详（约公元1192年前后，即宋光宗绍熙时期在世），字习之，崇安（今福建武夷山市）人，刘子恽之孙。生平未仕，但游历颇广，曾“游襄汉，经蜀都，寄湖浙，历览名山大川，取友于天下”（本集陈以庄跋）。
