去年春似今年春，依旧野花愁杀人。犍为县里古城上，
开是好花飞是尘。戏蝶狂蜂相往返，一枝花上声千万。
时节先从暖处开，北枝未发南枝晚。江城太守须髯苍，
忽然置酒开华堂。歌儿舞女亦随后，暂醉始知天地长。
顷年曾作东周掾，同舍寻春屡开宴。斗门亭上柳如丝，
洛水桥边月如练。洛阳风俗不禁街，骑马夜归香满怀。
坐客争吟云碧句，美人醉赠珊瑚钗。日往月来何草草，
今年又校三年老。槽中骏马不能骑，惆怅落花开满道。
为报时人知不知，看花对酒定无疑。君看野外孤坟下，
石羊石马是谁家？

薛逢，字陶臣，蒲洲河东（今山西永济县）人，会昌元年（公元八四一）进士。历侍御史、尚书郎。因恃才傲物，议论激切，屡忤权贵，故仕途颇不得意。《全唐诗》收录其诗一卷。《旧唐书》卷一九零，《新唐书》卷二零三皆有传。
