崔元翰，名鹏，字以行，唐博陵安平（今河北博野）人。生于唐玄宗开元十七年（729），卒于唐德宗贞元十一年（795）。唐德宗建中二年（781）辛酉科状元及第，而且是连中三元，历史上第一个连中三元的人。该科进士及第十七人。考官：礼部侍郎于邵。试题《白云起封中赋》等。
