蜀国富且庶，风俗矜浮薄。奢僭极珠贝，狂佚务娱乐。
虹桥吐飞泉，烟柳闭朱阁。烛影逐星沉，歌声和月落。
斗鸡破百万，呼卢纵大噱。游女白玉珰，骄马黄金络。
酒肆夜不扃，花市春惭怍。禾稼暮云连，纨绣淑气错。
熙熙三十年，光景倏如昨。天道本害盈，侈极祸必作。
当时布政者，罔思救民瘼。不能宣淳化，移风复俭约。
情性非方直，多为声色着。从欲窃虚誉，随性纵贪攫。
蚕食生灵肌，作威恣暴虐。佞罔天子听，所利唯剥削。
一方忿恨兴，千里攘臂跃。火气烘寒空，雪彩挥莲锷。
无人能却敌，何暇施击柝。害物黩货辈，皆为白刃烁。
瓦砾积台榭，荆棘迷城郭。里第锁苔芜，庭轩喧燕雀。
斗粟金帛市，束刍罗绮博。悲夫骄奢民，不能饱葵藿。
朝廷命元戎，帅师荡凶恶。虎旅一以至，枭巢一何弱。
燎毛焰晶荧，破竹锋熠爚。兵骄不可戢，杀人如戏谑。
悼耄皆丽诛，玉石何所度。未能剪强暴，争先谋剽掠。
良民生计空，赊死心陨穫。四野构豺狼，五亩孰耕凿。
黔首不安堵，炎如居鼎镬。出师不以律，馀孽何由却。
鄙夫炽蜂虿，寡术能笼络。边陲未肃清，胡颜食天爵。
世方尚奔竞，谁复振蹇谔。黄屋远万里，九重高寥廓。
时称多英雄，才岂无卫霍？近闻命良臣，拭目观奇略。

（946—1015）濮州鄄城人，字复之，号乖崖。太宗太平兴国五年进士。历太常博士、枢密直学士等职。出知益州，参与镇压李顺起事，对蜀民实行怀柔政策，恩威并用。真宗立，入拜御史中丞。又出知杭州、永兴军、益州、升州，所至有政绩。累进礼部尚书，上疏极论丁谓、王钦若大兴土木，致国库空虚，请斩之以谢天下。旋遭排挤出知陈州。卒谥忠定。平生以刚方自任，为政尚严猛，好慷慨大言。与寇准最善，每面折其过，虽贵不改。有《乖崖集》。
