张尧同，秀州（今浙江嘉兴）人，仕履未详。清《四库总目提要》据诗中有咏潘师旦会景亭、赵衮赵老园，定为宁宗以后人。著作已散佚，仅流传《嘉禾百咏》一卷。 张尧同诗，以影印文渊阁《四库全书·两宋名贤小集》所收《嘉禾百咏》为底本，校以影印《宋元方志丛刊》所收《至元嘉禾志》卷三一，编为一卷。
