吕颐浩（1071年—1139年4月30日），字元直，其先乐陵人，徙齐州。南宋初年名相。为昭勋阁二十四功臣之一。著有文集十五卷，已佚，今存《忠穆集》等。吕颐浩在相位时，颛肆自用，力排李纲、李光诸人。创立月椿钱，为东南患。然宣和伐燕之役，颐浩随转运；奏燕山河北危急五事，请议长久之策，一时称其切直。又苗傅等为逆，颐浩与张浚创议勤王，卒平内难。少长西北两边，娴於军旅；应诏上战守诸策，条画颇备。
