周之琦［清］（公元一七八二年至一八六二年）字稚圭，河南群符人。生于清高宗乾隆四十七年，卒于穆宗同治元年，年八十一岁。嘉庆十三年（公元一八0八年）进士，改庶吉士。散馆，授编修。累官广西巡抚，疏言筑堤赈灾等事，凡数十上。道光二十六年，因病乞休。卒于家。之琦工词，浑融深厚，瓣香北宋，有《金梁梦月词》二卷，《怀梦词》二卷，《鸿雪词》二卷，《退庵词》一卷，总名《心日斋词》，传于世。辑有《心日斋十六家词选》。
