（239—294）西晋北地泥阳人，字长虞。傅玄子。刚简有大节，好属文论。武帝咸宁初，袭父爵，拜太子洗马，累迁尚书左丞。数上书言事，建议裁并官府，静事息役，惟农是务。并谓“奢侈之费，甚于天灾”。惠帝立，拜司隶校尉。屡劾权贵，京都肃然。卒官。能诗文，今存《傅中丞集》辑本。
