（约250—约311）西晋荥阳中牟人，字正叔。潘岳从子。少有清才，以文章见知。初应州辟。武帝太康中举秀才，迁太常博士。惠帝元康中出为宛令，有惠政。赵王司马伦篡位，齐王司马囧起兵，尼奔归，囧引为参军，与谋时务，兼掌书记。事平，封安昌公，累迁太常卿。洛阳将没，携家欲还乡，道病卒，年六十余。与潘岳以文学齐名，时称“两潘”。今有《潘太常集》辑本。
