（?—407）东晋陈郡长平人。桓玄姊夫。仲堪从弟。少有才藻。仲堪荐于司马道子，引为骠骑参军。后为司马元显长史。及桓玄入建康篡位，仲文奔赴，为咨议参军，宠遇隆重，使总领诏命，以为侍中，领左卫将军。玄败归朝，迁东阳太守。不得志。安帝义熙三年，以与永嘉太守骆球等谋反，为刘裕所杀。善属文，为当世所重。
