李璆，字西美，汴人。登政和进士第，调陈州教授，入为国子博士，出知房州。时既榷官茶，复强民输旧额，贫无所出，被系者数百人，璆至，即日尽释之。三江有堰，可以下灌眉田百万顷，久废弗修，田莱以荒。璆率部刺史合力修复，竟受其利，眉人感之，绘像祠于堰所。间遭岁饥，民徙，发仓振活，无虑百万家，治蜀之政多可纪。有《清溪集》二十卷。
