（1651—1723）清福建闽县人，字则震，号省斋。康熙九年进士，授编修。假归，耿精忠叛，胁以官，未受事而归。与李光地合进蜡丸，以福建虚实密报朝廷。光地独揽其功，精忠败，擢学士，梦雷下狱，戍尚阳堡。十余年释还。康熙四十年与修《汇编》，后赐名《古今图书集成》，任总裁。雍正初追论“从逆”之罪，谪戍黑龙江，卒于戍所。有《松鹤山房集》、《闲止书堂集》。
