（1297—1340）婺州浦江人，初名来，字立夫，号深袅山道人。吴直方子。从学于方凤，博极群书。仁宗延祐七年以《春秋》举进士，不第。退居深袅山中，穷诸书奥旨，著《尚书标说》、《春秋世变图》、《春秋传授谱》、《古职方录》、《孟子弟子列传》、《楚汉正声》、《乐府类编》等书。后以御史荐，授长芗书院山长，未上卒。私谥渊颖先生。有《渊颖集》
