青城山老人，服椒得妙诀。
年过九十余，貌不类期耋。
再拜而请之，忻然为我说。
蜀椒贰斤净，解盐六两洁。
糁盐慢火煮，煮透滚菊末。
初服十五圆，早晚不可辍，
每月渐渐增，累之对二百。
盐酒或盐汤，任君意所歠。
服及半年间，胸膈微觉塞。
每日退十圆，还至十五烂。
俟其无碍时，数复如前日。
常令气熏蒸，否则前功失。
饮食蔬果等，并无所忌节。
一年效即见，容颜顿悦泽。
目明而耳听，须乌而发黑。
补肾轻腰身，固气益精血。
椒温盐亦温，菊性去烦热。
四旬方可服，肥之幸毋忽。
逮至数十年，功与造化埒。
耐老更延年，不知几岁月。
嗜慾若能忘，其效尤卓绝。
我欲世人安，作歌故怛切。

陈晔，字日华，福建长乐人。宋庆元二年间(1196)时知汀州，年发币捐款助学，革除官占良田以养学校；减官盐价以利平民。莲城及宁化头陀和奸商托五通渔利，依律法惩治；使尚鬼陋俗为之而变，末敢犯禁。广西帐干吴雄作《正俗论》三千余言纪其事。陈晔毕生勤著述，编辑《临汀志》，《家藏经验方》等书。也是宋代著名词人，见载于《全宋词》。其弟陈映在嘉定年间(1208~1224)接任汀州知府事，恪守兄法；汀之八县为之振兴。亦迁广东宪使。其先有同郡陈粹知州事，劝农养士亦多，典籍、革奏列为天下第三。宁宗赵扩赐书褒宠，故民称：晋安三贤，闽汀至今祀之。
