［约公元一二三一年前后在世］字惟晓，山阴人。生卒年均不详，约宋理宗绍定中前后在世。嘉定十年（公元一二一七年）进士。自几漕除右司郎官。与吴文英唱和。当未第时，游苕溪恋一妓女。十年再往，则已为人所据，且已生子，而犹挂名籍中。于是假郡将命召之，久而始来，颜色瘁赧，相对若不胜情。焕作唐多令赠之，为时盛传。焕的著作，有梅津集，《绝妙好词笺》其词多酸苦之辞。
