无所适从的典故

晋献公命令大夫士在浦池、屈地分别为晋公子重耳和夷吾修建城池。夷吾认为城池修得不好，就到晋献公那里告状。晋献公问士为什么不认真修。士说主太多让他无所适从。晋献公认为有道理，就逼太子申生自杀，并把重耳赶到狄国。
