宋朝时期，户部副史张景宪为人正直，疾恶如仇，他不畏权势坚持将为非作歹的郑昉流放。元丰初年，他成为河阳地区最高长官。西南地区少数民族入侵，张景宪向皇帝进言：“那些骚扰边关的人都是些跳梁小丑，占据有利地形，易守难攻。”
